Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist: your email address and, only if you choose to fill them in, which computer you use, whether you'd like to try an early build, and the task you'd most like to do hands-free.

Please don't include health or medical details in the free-text answer. We don't need them, and the form never asks for them.

When you visit the site: we count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't build a profile of you across other websites. We see totals such as page views, referring sites, country, browser, device type and screen size. We also count a few clicks on this page, like joining the waitlist or turning on the demo's sound. Your email and form answers are never sent to analytics.

Like any website, our host processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

• To email you about early access, test invitations and major product updates.
• To decide what to build first, for example whether to prioritize Mac or Windows.
• To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site.

We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

We rely on a few service providers, who handle the data only on our behalf:

• Loops stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
• Umami provides the cookie-free visit statistics.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by the providers' standard data protection terms.

We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for early access. Analytics are kept as aggregate statistics.

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@heyondi.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to object or to complain to your local data protection authority.

We collect your details because you ask to join the list, and you can withdraw that at any time.

The waitlist is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
